Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
